Already with 3 on one of our other great value Caps or Plans?
If you're already a 3 Customer on one of our other plans and you'd like to upgrade to one of our New Caps, the good news is you can. There’s just a few things you need to know first.
What you need to know about changing to one of our New Caps.
There are some great benefits included in our New Caps, including heaps of unlimited calls to all of your friends on 3 ($29 Cap and above) and the ability to use your full cap value on International calls ($29 to $79 Caps only)! But first compare the rates you are on now with those of the New Caps to work out what’s better for you. You can do this anytime, simply login to My 3 online.
You can change over to a New Cap on the same value of your current plan or up. For example - if you're currently on the $49 Cap – you can change to a $49 New Cap or higher. You cannot change down to the $29 New Cap or to one of our previously available Plans.
If you do change your existing plan, your current contract end date will not change. It will carry over to your New Cap. Please choose carefully, once you change to a New Cap you can't move back to your previous Cap or Plan.

1. Login to My 3 online
2. Click on Mobiles
3. Select your mobile number and click on Change rate plan
4. Compare the features of your current plan to those on our New Caps
5. Choose the New Cap that best suits you
